Research shows that a large percentage of the prescriptions written are off label. In one study, 9 out of 10 hospitalized children were prescribed at least one off-label prescription. And so it is with BoNT, some of the well researched indications are still off-label. It is a well known phenomenon that manufacturers often choose to not suffer the expense of an indication, even when the results are well known (esp. with orphan populations). This allows you do do amazing things for your patients as part of your cash practice.
What is the refund policy?
If you are not happy with the instructions after the first day, I will write you a check for the full cost of the course.

I do now know when I will offer this again. When this one fills, I do not know when another will be offered.
Can I send someone other than myself to the course?
Yes, a business/or marketing person may attend for a small fee. They may serve as your model for the course. The business person should not be a potential injector (those with a medical license should register as an injector).
What should I bring?
We will supply one bottle of toxin and the other supplies you will need. You will also be supplied with consent forms and all the other paperwork you may need.

Will there be free time?
We will go all day from 9 until 5 both Thursday and Friday. We will supply and continental breakfast and lunch. But you will be free for dinner in the evening and staying over until Sunday could be a good idea.

Any warnings?
If you have a severe intention tremor, you should probably not come. Best are those who have started iv's, and done other procedures where they are using their hands. But, even if you have not started an iv in 20 years, we can teach you, IF you can easily inject a targe about 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser.
